Be | Create | Travel is a group I started in 2011, open to members of the Escuela Campo Alegre community. The group explores the intersections between mindfulness practice, creative expression, and travel. We have had over thirty participating members, including teachers from other international schools in Venezuela. Our activities have included art sessions, meditation workshops, gallery walks, travel book discussions, film screenings, travel share nights, and an annual mindful travel excursion to Venezuela’s Orinoco Delta.
